Ingredients:
2 cups plain Coconut Yogurt
1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (or Sweetener of choice)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Optional Chai Spice:
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
1/8 teaspoon of Ground Cloves
1/8 teaspoon of Ground Ginger
a pinch of salt
Optional Veggie Dippers:
Celery Sticks
Carrot Sticks
Jicama Chips
Directions:
I put all the ingredients into my food processor and pulsed til everything was well blended and creamy smooth.
Serve with fruit and vegetables for a super healthy snack.
